Cooperation with Slovak Tennis Union (STZ), realization of surfaces for tennis exhibitions, tennis events like DAVIS CUP, FED CUP, tennis tournament of series WTA and ITF annually organized by Slovak Tennis Union, more than 200 realized private tennis and multipurpose pitches this is what makes us undoubtedly most experienced supplier and constructor of tennis and other sport surfaces as well.
Type of surfaces
Sport surfaces made of artificial grass are well- known all over the world more than 30 years and during this time they have been continually improved. This process has made their characteristic almost the same like natural grass. Manufacturing technology of artificial turfs is based on many years of experience. Even new generation with rubber infill has its beginnings around 20 years ago. Basic parameters of turf according requested characteristic are mainly: MICRONS- fiber thickness, DTex- weight of fiber, height of fiber and material design.
Currently very popular type of sport surface, recommended by international sport organizations, for example FIFA, ITF or FIH. The surface is suitable for different kinds of sport like handball, volleyball, basketball, tennis or football. Artificial turf of 3rd generation provide high surface resistance connected with comfort and safety of players as well as technically, financially low maintenance cost and long durability. Present technology of 3rd generation uses fibers even softer than natural grass reducing the risk of injury and together with rubber or sand infill provides nearly perfect ball movement on the surface. The use of natural turf is limited maximally to 300 hours a year with proper maintenance. If the pitch is used every day, this will certainly result in quality of surface. The DecoTurf® System
Filler Course In order to provide a uniform and dense underlayment for the DecoTurf® system you have choosen, the first step in constructing the course is application of Acrylic Resurfacer blended with approved silica sand to the hot mix asphalt surface.
Heavy Rubber Course Apply DecoTurf II, an acrylic latex coating containing specially graded, large rubber particles, designed to provide maximum resiliency in the minimum number of coats. A unique proprietary product, DecoTurf II provides the thick cushion build- up which gives the particular system you are constructing the foundation for its distinct playing characteristic.
Fine Rubber Course DecoBase II, an acrylic latex coating containing fine rubber aggregates is designed to create a smooth cushion finish, in preparation for the texture and finish courses
Texture Course DecoColor MP Classic, a multipurpose acrylic color concentrate mixed with approved silica sands provides a uniform surface texture and determines the speed of play and traction on the court. DecoColor Pluus, a ready to use sand filled coating, or DecoBase I blender with DecoColor MP Classic may also be used as texturing materials.
Finish Course DecoColor MP Classic, without sand will create a vibrant, durable finish highly resistant to weather and ultra- violent degradation. DecoColor MP Classic is aviable in Forest Green, Winter Green, Spring Green, Summer Red, Adobe Tan, Americas Red Clay, Stone Gray, Tour Purple and Royal Blue.
Lines DecoColor White Striping Paint, a high hiding, heavy bodied acrylic latex, comes both textured and untextured, and covers in one application.
DecoTurf® Mp System
Filler Course In order to provide a uniform and dense underlaymant for asphalt and concrete surfaces, apply 1 or 2 coats of Acrylic Resurfacer blended with approved silica sand to fill surface voids or correct minor imperfections.
Texture Course Apply 2 coats of DecoColor Mp with approved silica sands. This provides a uniform surface texture and determines the speed of play and traction on the court,
Finish Course Apply 1 or 2 coats of DecoColor Mp with or without sand to create a vibrant, durable finish highly resistant to weather and ultra- violent degradation.
Lines DecoColor White Striping Paint, a high hiding, heavy bodied acrylic latex, comes both textured and untextured, and covers in one application.
Tartan is destined for universal sport surfaces in exterior areas. It is applied by finisher machine by rolling of surface and can be made out in 2 alternatives: double- layered with lower part of SBR granules (multi- purpose playgrounds) or monolithic from EPDM granules (tennis). It is available in various colors.
CONIPUR EPDM:

CONIPUR EPDM is water resistant multi purpose artificial surface on the base of rubber granules EPDM and polyurethane.
Surface is being laid on concrete or asphalt underlayer.
Usually, we provide construction guarantee 60 months.
Bottom construction with drainage responds to standard bottom construction.
Finish of bottom construction is possible with 3,5 cm layer of rubber granules with combination of crushed stones called ET layer.
Surface fulfills norms DIN 18035/6 and 14877. It is resistant by use of athletic track shoes, and its use is suitable as a surface of indoor sports halls combined with multi- purpose use like athletics and ball games.

CONIPUR 2S is water permeable multi purpose artificial surface on the base of rubber granules EPDM and polyurethane with final layer consisting of colored EPDM granules on top (8 mm ) and black granules in bottom layer (8mm).
Surface is being laid on water permeable asphalt underlayer or on so called layer of synthetic concrete. Surface color is installed according wishes of customer. Most often variant is one color (red or green) in order to create playground and the second (red or green) is for surrounding.

Clay court certainly belongs to the most used surfaces for tennis. This surface is categorized among slow ones and because of that it is suitable for professional and leisure players as well. Besides few drawbacks in comparison with artificial surfaces, clay court is still very popular among tennis players. However, regular watering and laborious maintenance is required for persistent quality of surface and it is reflected on higher cost of labour force and technical equipment. On the other hand, higher operating expenses are compensated for low cost installation of clay court surface. We offer clay court characterized by unique 10 years guarantee i.e. the surface keeps its original attributes acquired by fabrication and does not loose these attributes with passing time. Our clay courts have also health certification and tests.

Quality is influenced by: absorbability of clay court material, proportions dusty and rough parts of clay court material, storage of clay court and maintenance of it.

CONIPUR Tennis Force
Our company is implementer of tennis surface of clay court type for all year running CONIPUR Tennis Force. It is based on mixture of thick clay and polyurethane binder, covered by soft clay- dust. Such surface enables perfect slip, typical for ordinary clay courts, is suitable for any weather conditions and provides excellent game environment during all year for professionals as well as for amateur and recreational players. System is certified by ITF (International Tennis Federation).
CONIPUR Tennis Force Indoor
This is system of clay court- type for interior courts. Appearance is very similar to exterior system CONIPUR TF. Surface enables perfect slip, typical for ordinary courts. It is not necessary to water. CONIPUR TFI is used for events such as Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart and confirms comparable quality as courts in Roland Garos.
Other advantages:
Both systems are characterized by simple installation on prepared bottom construction or already existing surface with fast hardening of laid mixture. This technology saves not only time but money as well. System can be used for reconstruction of other tennis courts with different types of surfaces (clay court, artificial grass, acrylate etc.)
