Sport surfaces made of artificial grass are well- known all over the world more than 30 years and during this time they have been continually improved. This process has made their characteristic almost the same like natural grass. Manufacturing technology of artificial turfs is based on many years of experience. Even new generation with rubber infill has its beginnings around 20 years ago. Basic parameters of turf according requested characteristic are mainly: MICRONS- fiber thickness, DTex- weight of fiber, height of fiber and material design. Currently very popular type of sport surface, recommended by international sport organizations, for example FIFA, ITF or FIH. The surface is suitable for different kinds of sport like handball, volleyball, basketball, tennis or football. Artificial turf of 3rd generation provide high surface resistance connected with comfort and safety of players as well as technically, financially low maintenance cost and long durability. Present technology of 3rd generation uses fibers even softer than natural grass reducing the risk of injury and together with rubber or sand infill provides nearly perfect ball movement on the surface. Tartan is destined for universal sport surfaces in exterior areas. It is applied by finisher machine by rolling of surface and can be made out in 2 alternatives: double- layered with lower part of SBR granules (multi- purpose playgrounds) or monolithic from EPDM granules (tennis). It is available in various colors. CONIPUR EPDM:Use: All ball games, Athletics CONIPUR EPDM is water resistant multi purpose artificial surface on the base of rubber granules EPDM and polyurethane. Surface is being laid on concrete or asphalt underlayer Usually, we provide construction guarantee 60 months Bottom construction with drainage responds to standard bottom construction. Finish of bottom construction is possible with 3,5 cm layer of rubber granules with combination of crushed stones called ET layer. Surface fulfills norms DIN 18035/6 and 14877. Systém CONIPUR 2S:Use: All ball games CONIPUR 2S is water permeable multi purpose artificial surface on the base of rubber granules EPDM and polyurethane with final layer consisting of colored EPDM granules on top (8 mm ) and black granules in bottom layer (8mm). Surface is being laid on water permeable asphalt underlayer or on so called layer of synthetic concrete. Surface color is installed according wishes of customer. Most often variant is one color (red or green) in order to create playground and the second (red or green) is for surrounding. Clay court certainly belongs to the most used surfaces for tennis. This surface is categorized among slow ones and because of that it is suitable for professional and leisure players as well. Besides few drawbacks in comparison with artificial surfaces, clay court is still very popular among tennis players. However, regular watering and laborious maintenance is required for persistent quality of surface and it is reflected on higher cost of labour force and technical equipment. On the other hand, higher operating expenses are compensated for low cost installation of clay court surface. We offer clay court characterized by unique 10 years guarantee i.e. the surface keeps its original attributes acquired by fabrication and does not loose these attributes with passing time. Appearance is very similar to exterior system CONIPUR TF. Surface enables perfect slip, typical for ordinary courts. It is not necessary to water. CONIPUR TFI is used for events such as Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart and confirms comparable quality as courts in Roland Garos.Other advantages:
