Artificial surfaces based on bound rubber crushes are inevitable part of athletic stadium nowadays. We cooperate with company CONICA and supplier of rubber granules GEZOLAN AG (Swiss) by construction of projects. The result of partnership is product meeting standards of International Athletic Federation (IAAF).

System CONIPUR SW

Use: Athletics

CONIPUR SW is water resistant artificial surface for athletics of sandwich type. Its height is 13 cm. 10 mm is basic layer of black granules (1-4 fraction) and 3 mm is polyurethane layer (1,5 mm fraction). Consistence of surface ensures its high flexibility.

Surface is being laid on concrete or asphalt underlayer

Surface fulfills norms DIN 18035/6 and 14877 and IAAF specifications.

Use: Athletics CONIPUR SW is water permeable artificial surface for athletics with final layer of black rubber granules (1- 4 fraction) from 10 to 11 mm high with rough spray of polyurethane color filled with colored EPDM rubber granules (0,5 – 1,5 fraction) from 2 to 3 mm high. Surface is being laid on water permeable asphalt underlayer Surface fulfills norms DIN 18035/6 and 14877 and IAAF specifications.

System CONIPUR EPDM:

Use: All ball games, Athletics CONIPUR EPDM is water resistant multi purpose artificial surface on the base of rubber granules EPDM and polyurethane. Surface is being laid on concrete or asphalt underlayer Usually, we provide construction guarantee 60 months Bottom construction with drainage responds to standard bottom construction. Finish of bottom construction is possible with 3,5 cm layer of rubber granules with combination of crushed stones called ET layer. Surface fulfills norms DIN 18035/6 and 14877. It is resistant by use of athletic track shoes, and its use is suitable as a surface of indoor sports halls combined with multi- purpose use like athletics and ball games.
